SAFETY PROGRAMS: At ATM Inc safety is our top priority – both the safety of our employees and the safety of the people and communities we serve. Our employee-led Safety Program (SP) regularly reviews safety standards and company protocols to meet and exceed industry requirements. The SP team is tasked with finding and implementing new, creative, and innovative ways to improve safety in all aspects of our work, including the safety of our partners and communities. Our team's commitment to excellence in safety standards has made ATM Inc one of the safest employers in our industry. ATM Inc carries the highest ratings in ISNetworld, annual OSHA reporting, and TCIA.
TRAINING PROGRAMS: ATM Inc is committed to educating and training personnel, who know how to do their job safely and effectively. Since 2017, ATM Inc has used a mentor method to conduct regularly implemented field inspections and provide on-the-job and in-service training for all foresters and field personnel. Our employees enjoy professional development perks such as paid certification and other company-sponsored professional development opportunities. This has led to ATM Inc becoming one of the most qualified teams in the Vegetation Management industry able to provide qualified teams to conduct efficient and accurate surveys and inspections.
